b3hind is a creative influencer and marketing agency based in Spain, made up of a small team that thrives on collaboration and creativity. As a growing company with a dynamic in-office culture, they wanted to step away from their daily routine and spend time together in a more personal and inspiring way.
The Offsite
When b3hind reached out to us, they shared who they were, what they do, and what kind of experience they were hoping for. From the beginning, they were clear: they wanted their retreat to take place in La Rioja. After learning more about the team’s personality and preferences, a mostly female group with a fun and lively spirit, we designed a getaway that balanced relaxation, bonding, and authentic local discovery.
We selected Logroño as the base for their offsite, creating a two-day experience that reflected their energy and curiosity. The program included a tapas route through the city’s old town, cultural visits, and a full-day winery experience, with a guided tour, wine tasting, and traditional lunch at the vineyard. It was the perfect mix of leisure, learning, and laughter.
We also added thoughtful personal touches to make the experience truly theirs. The team created custom sweatshirts for the retreat, and we arranged personalized bus branding for the journey to La Rioja, small details that made the experience even more special.
Everything ran smoothly from logistics to coordination, allowing the group to focus on what mattered most: sharing time, connecting, and celebrating together. The feedback was fantastic, and the team described the retreat as both relaxing and unforgettable.
