Adventure, teamwork, and Mediterranean charm, the Costa Brava became the perfect setting for EyeLights’s company retreat

EyeLights, a fast-growing French company specializing in motorcycle navigation, wanted a three-day offsite experience on the Costa Brava to strengthen team bonds and enjoy time away from the office.
The Offsite
EyeLights wanted their first international retreat to be smooth, fun and well-organized. With 24 people coming from France, the goal was to mix team bonding with time to enjoy the Costa Brava. Wepleia helped them choose the best option from our packaged destinations and built a program that was balanced and easy to follow.
Even though it was a straightforward retreat, a few things needed careful planning: fitting all activities into one full day, leaving space for relaxation, and managing a beachside event in October with the right timings and weather considerations.
We planned everything end-to-end. The offsite included local team-building activities, different accommodation options to fit preferences, and a fully coordinated schedule. We also created an event website with all the logistical details and a shared platform so both teams could stay aligned.
The result was a smooth, enjoyable retreat where everything felt under control. The EyeLights team left extremely happy, and their CTO called it “the best offsite the company has organized to date.”
