This multinational gaming company is a global leader in the entertainment and gaming industry, known for developing highly engaging and innovative experiences. Following the arrival of a new VP within the creative department, the Barcelona-based leadership team identified the need for a dedicated moment to pause, realign their vision, and strengthen internal cohesion. The objective was to create space for strategic reflection, clarify roles and expectations, and establish a more collaborative leadership dynamic.

The Offsite

The two-day leadership retreat brought together eight senior leaders from the creative department at Oller del Mas, a peaceful natural setting with modern cabins designed to encourage focus, privacy, and disconnection from daily routines. The intimate environment was intentionally selected to support deep work and meaningful conversations.

Throughout both days, the team was supported by a professional coach who facilitated structured sessions focused on leadership, communication, shared expectations, mission, vision, and team priorities. These guided working blocks provided a safe and productive space for open dialogue, alignment exercises, and collective decision-making.
