PropHero is a digital property investment platform that helps individuals build wealth through data-driven insights and smart real-estate opportunities. With a large international team spread across several markets, they value moments to come together, align, and reconnect in person. For their summer retreat, they were looking for something simple, cost-conscious, and easy-flowing, a gathering that felt relaxed, meaningful, and energizing without overwhelming the team.
The Offsite
The retreat brought together 120 team members at the La Sella Golf Resort Marriott in Denia, a setting that offered comfort, space, and the right balance between activity and downtime. From the beginning, the goal was clear, a light, seamless offsite where people could bond naturally and enjoy quality time together.
The experience kicked off with a private catamaran cruise, one of the highlights of the entire retreat. The team enjoyed a Mediterranean lunch on board, along with drinks and a spontaneous dance session where colleagues from different countries shared music from their home cultures. It was a fun, multicultural moment that set the tone for the rest of the offsite.
In the afternoon, the group returned to the hotel for relaxed free time by the pool. People naturally flowed into informal one-on-one conversations, small group chats, and moments simply enjoying the resort together. It was an easy, restorative pause that fit perfectly with the spirit of the event.
In the evening, the group headed to La Terreta in Jávea, a restaurant with a chill-out vibe right by the beach. The space offered both seating and standing areas that encouraged movement and connection throughout the night. The team enjoyed a cocktail-style dinner, a company banner set the atmosphere, and leadership delivered a short speech followed by a playful awards moment that celebrated team members in a lighthearted, positive way.
The next morning, the retreat continued at a gentle pace. Some team members opted for free activities, while others took advantage of the golf course next to the hotel. The flexible schedule allowed everyone to enjoy the morning in their own way before departing gradually from noon through the afternoon.
We also provided the option for guests to extend their stay for a second night at the same negotiated competitive rate, giving more flexibility to anyone who wanted to make the most of the destination.
