Celebrate the magic of Christmas with a team-based cooking workshop where collaboration and creativity come together in the preparation of festive dishes. Guided by expert chefs, you will discover how to blend traditional Christmas flavors with innovative techniques, creating a menu that captures the spirit of the season. This workshop is not only an opportunity to explore international Christmas cuisine, but also to strengthen leadership skills and group cohesion in an atmosphere full of joy and camaraderie.
Menu:
- Semi-liquid seafood and cuttlefish croquette with red prawn and panko breadcrumbs
- Christmas escudella broth with galets pasta and truffled meatballs (*)
- Iberian pork secreto with celeriac cream, shimeji mushrooms, and spiced reduction
- Nougat cream with neules crumble and caramelized Cantonese walnuts
- A glass of Bertha Brut Nature cava and assorted Christmas sweets

What’s included: Access to a private space and chef, all necessary ingredients and equipment, a wide selection of drinks from the start of the activity, a complimentary apron for each participant, and a recipe booklet featuring the dishes prepared during the workshop.
