About the activity
The Creative Fallas Workshop in Valencia is a cultural and artistic team-building experience inspired by the city’s most famous celebration, Las Fallas. Your team will step into a local artisan studio where professional “falleros” guide you through the creative process of designing and crafting your own ninot, the traditional papier-mâché sculpture that embodies humor, creativity, and collaboration.
During this hands-on session, participants learn about the history and symbolism behind Las Fallas, explore design and color techniques, and work together to bring a collective idea to life. The activity concludes with a lighthearted “presentation” of each team’s creation, celebrating imagination and teamwork in a truly Valencian way.
This workshop blends art, storytelling, and local tradition, a one-of-a-kind experience that strengthens bonds, encourages creative thinking, and immerses your team in the authentic culture of Valencia.
