About the activity
In the city that supplied swords to armies across Europe for centuries, a medieval fencing workshop takes on a very special meaning. Under the guidance of specialist instructors, participants learn the basic techniques of sword combat, working in pairs and as a team in an environment that blends physical activity, focus and plenty of controlled excitement.
The workshop, offered by Viviendo del Cuento, is designed specifically for corporate groups, using fencing as a tool to develop leadership, active listening and trust between colleagues. Practice swords are safe and the progressive format ensures that all participants, regardless of experience, can join in and enjoy the activity from the very first moment.
Why Choose Toledo for Your Team Experience
The City of Swords as a Team Classroom
Toledo is the place in the world where the art of the sword carries the most history and depth. Practising fencing here is not just an activity, it is connecting with a centuries-old tradition in the very setting where that tradition was born, giving the workshop an emotional and cultural charge that is truly unique.
Connection Through Shared Experience
Fencing, as an activity involving direct interaction between people, creates an immediate connection between participants. Respect, non-verbal communication and trust in your partner are values that emerge naturally during combat and translate directly into the professional environment.
