At the end of the activity, you will design your own Personal Nature-Based Wellbeing Plan, providing you with concrete tools to enhance your well-being in everyday life. Note: To ensure a comfortable and suitable experience, it is recommended to wear comfortable clothing and footwear that allow easy movement. Depending on the weather, bringing a rain jacket may be useful. To sit on the ground, a blanket or bag will help prevent getting wet. Bringing a notebook, pen, and pencil can be helpful for taking notes. It is advisable to bring water and avoid wearing perfume. In summer, do not forget mosquito repellent and sunscreen for additional protection.
