Oh My Box is a leading self-storage company offering secure and flexible storage solutions for individuals and businesses across Spain. With a large and fast-growing team, they value moments where everyone can come together in person, step outside the day-to-day routine, and strengthen the sense of unity across the company. For their annual offsite, they were looking for a memorable experience that combined learning, teamwork, and fun.
The Offsite
When they contacted us, we explored multiple options across Catalonia, presenting both coastal destinations and a more unconventional choice, PortAventura. Despite being very different from the other proposals, PortAventura instantly stood out for its unique character and the fun potential it offered for a group like theirs. The team loved the idea from the very first moment and chose it without hesitation.
From there, we carried out a full analysis of the company, their culture, past offsites, and what had worked well or less well in previous editions. With this understanding, we shaped a tailored itinerary built around connection, playfulness, and shared energy.
The offsite began with an expert-led session, where a guest speaker delivered a talk tailored to the team. It was an inspiring start to the retreat, giving everyone the chance to learn something new, reflect, and connect before diving into the rest of the program.
We designed two complementary team-building activities. The first was a collaborative challenge, a gincana focused on logic, teamwork, and problem solving where groups worked together to complete a shared puzzle. The second was a more dynamic and movement-based activity set inside the theme park, where teams competed to earn points through a series of missions, riding attractions, taking creative photos, and completing fun challenges. It was the perfect opportunity for everyone to let go, connect, and enjoy the park in a unique way.
To finish the experience, the group enjoyed a gala dinner together at the hotel inside PortAventura, a moment to celebrate, laugh, and close the retreat on a high note. It was a complete and vibrant offsite, full of shared moments, movement, and connection. The team returned home recharged, united, and truly satisfied with the experience.
