      This activity combines well-being and environmental awareness, starting with a yoga and meditation session to relieve stress and promote healthy habits. It continues with a nature waste collection competition, where teams fight to clean up the most in a limited time, promoting collaboration. It culminates with a reflection on the environmental impact of waste and how to contribute positively to the environment. An experience that mixes relaxation, action and learning, ideal for promoting unity and ecological responsibility in groups.

      🎯 Objectives: Promote teamwork, initiative and leadership.

      📋 What's included: This activity includes the materials necessary for waste collection: protective gloves, bags/sacks and tongs. Consult in advance about mats for the yoga activity (several mats are available depending on the number of participants).

      ❗ Note: It is an outdoor activity so you need to wear comfortable clothing, a small backpack to carry a water bottle (preferably in a reusable container) and a snack.
