      African dance is used as a natural therapy and is a good way to share and socialize in a group. Where we work on body awareness, expressiveness, coordination and group work.

      It is a fun and group activity, with simple movements so that everyone, even people who have never danced, can have fun and share. From 45 participants we added live percussion, accompanying the choreographies with their rhythms.

      👨👩👧👦 Participants: For groups larger than 45 participants, the experience is enriched with live percussion, adding a rhythmic dimension to the choreographies and further encouraging teamwork.

      🎯Objectives: Promotes initiative, creativity, collaboration and communication, key to business success.
