Centrado en festividades como la Castañada, Halloween, Navidad, y más, promueve el trabajo en equipo y la iniciativa al explorar alternativas ecológicas para la decoración. Al finalizar, se discute la importancia de evitar plásticos y reutilizar materiales, ofreciendo a los empleados ideas prácticas para aplicar tanto en casa como en la empresa, reforzando valores de sostenibilidad y creatividad colectiva.
