Improvisation Workshop

This workshop aims to build trust and bonds to strengthen team dynamics. Through activities designed to foster effective communication, teamwork, and problem solving, participants will learn to listen to and respect each other. Positivity, support and joint construction are some of the skills that will be developed in this workshop. We have several variants of this workshop, which are the following:

Pitch Perfect:

Ideal for: Persuasive presentations. Description: Learn techniques to present with clarity and confidence.

Storyteller:

Ideal for: Incorporate storytelling into the business. Description: Develop narrative skills to connect with the audience.

Communication Station:

Ideal for: Improve communication and empathy. Description: Encourages open and empathetic dialogue within the team.

Risk Taker:

Ideal for: Take risks with confidence. Description: Overcome the fear of failure and move forward into the unknown.

Get Creative:

Ideal for: Enhance team creativity. Description: Activate your creativity and innovation in projects.

Just Joy:

Ideal for: Celebrate and create bonds as a group. Description: Enjoy a relaxed and fun session to unite the team through laughter.

Participants: Ideal for groups seeking to strengthen team dynamics in a creative and interpretive way.

Objectives: Improves communication, creativity and encourages teamwork, empathy, positivity, problem solving and leadership.

Place: Do this activity at our facilities or at a location of your choice. Choose your preference below . We only cover travel costs in Barcelona.

Note: If it is done outside the facilities, a large room that is as spacious as possible is needed. Chairs are also required for each person.
